In one of my recent trips to
Trieste I found the most amazing nail polish in Kiko and today I want to share
it with you.
The color that immediately caught my eyes was the 338 Light
Lavender.
I love lavender on the nails for spring but this color is lavender
with a bit of edge. It isn't a straight on lavender and has a light blue
undertone. The color is absolutely gorgeous and is amazing for spring.
The shade closest to it in my
collection is the BarryM Gelly Hi-Shine nail paint in 424 Blueberry so I
swatched them side by side so you can see how they look compared to each other.
The BarryM one is brighter, more vibrant than the Kiko one. I think that whilst
the Kiko one is a lavender with blue undertones, the BarryM one is a blue with
lavender undertones. Light Lavender seems more like a spring color and the
Blueberry more like a summer shade.
If you are looking for a
perfect spring nail polish and are looking for a fresh pastel shade, the Light
Lavender is the perfect one for you.
