I've always
had a thing for mascara, and to hold back as long as I did, from buying a
mascara that everybody was raving about, is quite an accomplishment in my book.
The Lash Sensational by Maybelline must surely by now be known to any beauty
lover as it has been talked about again and again by so many people. One day I
simply found it on Salma.si website and immediately put it in my basket, I
simply couldn't resist it any more.
To put it straight and simple, I love this mascara. It coats my lashes without clumpy, gives them length and volume and holds the curl throughout the whole day.
I choose the waterproof version, more or less because I always prefer to be on the safe side, especially with the warmer months coming up. The mascara stays on my lashes until I remove it and does not budge or flake at all.
The brush
design is extremely helpful with applying mascara to the lashes on the inner
and outer corners of the eyes, and the wide part on the middle gives the lashes
length and definition. The short bristles are a perfect size to apply mascara
to the bottom lashes as well.
It takes a
few days for the formula to develop to its full potential, as it dries just a
little bit which means it sticks to the lashes much better than before.
My only
issue with this mascara is the removing of it, since it simply refuses to
completely disappear if you don't use an oil based remover. Nevertheless, given
its performance and staying power, I can easily overlook this flaw.

ReplyDeletePri maskarah je vedno tako :P Vedno najdeš kakšno novo, še preden porabiš ostale, tudi jaz imam vedno probleme s tem in se moram potem zadrževat :D
DeleteTrenutno uporabljam Catricovo vodoodporno maskaro v modri embalaži in sem super zadovoljna z njo! Ostane cel dan na trepalnicah, če predhodno zaviham trepalnice z uvijalcem, jih ta maskara še dodatno uviha in pusti na svojem mestu ter ne poleže. S katerim odstranjevalcem ličil odstranjuješ vodoodporne maskare?
ReplyDeleteMislim, da sem ena redkih ki ji nobena od Essence / Catrice maskar ne ustreza najbolj (morda pa samo še nisem našla prave :P)
DeleteVodoodporna ličila ponavadi odstranjujem z The Body Shop Camomile Cleansing Oil, kadar gre pa za res močen makeup pa uporabim Eve Lom cleansing balm, ki je fantastičen <3
Maybelline ima super maskare, sicer moja naj, nja je trenutno res od Collistarja, ki ima zame osebno tudi krasne maskare in tudi efekt je tak na meni kot ga obljubla. Imam pa eno od Oriflaem The One, če se ne motim, ki ima podobno narejeno krtačko, samo da ni tako polkrožna, pa se ne ujameva, kar se volumna tiče. Jih pa lepo loči in podaljša. Drgače pa vodoodporne maskarea ali pa maskare v več plasteh iz očk meni osebno najbolj nežno, hitro in efektivno odstrani L´Occitane karite čistilno olje, pa tudi Baleino čistilno olje ni slabo, samo, da mogoče terja malček več časa.

DeleteL'Occitane je pa na moji listi, za takrat ko mi zmanjka mojega TBS olja. Čeprav mogoče bom tudi Baleino poskusila :)

DeleteTa maskara je v mojem top 3 :) Res je izjemna, čeprav od začetka sem jo prav sovražila, ker ni naredila nič, ampak se potem dobesedno čez noč neverjetno poboljša. Lepo definira trepalnice in jim da ogromno volumna, mi je pa seveda najbolj pomembno to, da drži trepalnice zavihane cel dan. Pa hvala za link in zaupanje <3<3

Super si kombinirala maskaro z zelenjem, res domiselno! Mene tudi se caka, da jo preskusim.
