Skincare Haul

It's been about time I change up my skincare routine. I've been stuck with the same few product for the longest time and they weren't really doing much for me. When I used them up, I was reallly excited to go and pick out something new.

I needed a new cleanser, and decided to go with the Afrodita Clean Phase cleansing gel with hyaluronic acid and bisabolol. Hyaluronic acid is supposed to help with dry skin and tissue healing and the bisabolol has been used in cosmetics for years because of its skin healing properties. It's known to have anti-irritant, anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties.)  I’ve had Afrodita skin products before and loved them, so I figured this would be perfect for me.

Because my skin is very oily and very prone to breakouts, I need a really good scrub, to help me bring out all the dirt from my skin. I found the Garnier Pure Active Blackheads uprooting scrub. It's the concentrated formula with 2% of salicylic acid and has skin healing properties that are supposed to help reduce discoloration and redness on the skin.

After all the hype around Bioderma, I became obsessed with micellar waters, but can't bring myself to spend so much money on them. That is why I am constantly on the lookout for a new, better and cheaper version of a micellar water. This time I found the Marque Repere Eau Micellaire. First of all, the packaging reminds me of Bioderma, so this was the first thing that draw me to it. Also, the price tag was amazing so I decided to give it a go.

The last item I have to add to this haul is the REN Rinse 1 Minute Facial with water activated vitamin C. This is a tester size that I got as a freebie with a magazine. I really wanted to try out something from REN, so I grabbed the magazine as soon as I saw it, because I thought it was a great opportunity to try REN skincare without spending too much money.

I'm really excited to properly try out all of these products and then report back to you when I will be able to tell you more about them!

What skincare items do you use and recommend?

Thanks for reading and see you in my next post!

Rawr,
your Beautysaur
