The AUTUMN tag

Hello everybody! Since we are officially in the autumn season now, I thought I'd do another tag, and this one is obviously all about autumn. I found these questions on the internet and thought I could make a post. Let's get started!

Favorite thing about autumn?

I love the scent of cold air in the autumn. It gets a little bit colder and nature gets amazingly colorful and beautiful. I love that you get to put on more layers, cozying up in a trench coat, hat and a scarf. Autumn for me, is a time of roasted chestnuts and lovely evenings at small teashops.

Favorite drink?

Teas in general, especially a chai tea, with some rice milk, are one of my favorite cold weather drinks.
 I have to mention this little place in Ljubljana (Slovenia) called Čajna hiša, where they have so many different kinds of teas and I absolutely love their Karamelino tea.

Favorite scent?

I loooove warm and spicy scents. The most typical is of course the cinnamon, but I also adore the scent of allspice. Baking is one of my favorite things to do, and in colder months, I love the smell of fresh ginger cookies or a pumpkin pie.

Best lipstick?

The Rimmel Apocalips in 304 Eclipse used to be a clear winner for me, but since I got the Catrice Ultimate Stay lipstick in 070 Plum&Base, I can't decide between the two of them. I also love wearing red lips in this time of year, especially those with deeper tones and matte finishes.

Go to moisturizer?

Always keeping it simple with the moisturizers, I usually stick to my Nivea Soft face cream.

Go to colors for the eyes?

I am usually more of a neutral matte eyes kind of girl, but come fall, I love using the combination of gold and rusty-red shades. I love using Maybelline's 24 Color Tattoos in 05 Eternal gold, 70 Metallic Pomegranate and 40 Permanent Taupe. This is also the time when I use a liquid liner to do a cat flick almost on a daily basis.

Favorite band/singer to listen to?

I've never been into specific bands or singers and right now, I still have the soundtrack of the Fault in Our Stars on repeat constantly. (To tell you a secret, in a few weeks I'm going to switch to my Christmas albums and listen to them exclusively 'till Christmas)

Favorite outfit to wear?

Black ankle boots with a bit of a heel, skinny jeans, black top, a big plaid scarf and a black trench coat.

Autumn treat?

Roasted chestnuts while strolling through the old city center, pumpkin pie or a nice homemade chai latte in front of the fireplace.

Favorite place to be?

Outside, on a sunny day, running through the forest with my furry monsters by my side.
