Review: I Heart Makeup Nail Geek in Cutesy Pink 13

To celebrate the launch of their new website, Makeup Revolution Slovenija sent me one of their products to test out. I received one of the I <3 Makeup Nail Geek polishes in Cutesy Pink 13, which is an almost neon coral-pink color.

First of all, I really like the bottle of the polish. It is quite big and rectangular with a big brush handle that makes the application much easier. The brush is much better than the one on the last MR polish I tried (check out the post here).  There is 12 ml of the polish in the bottle, which is more than you get in an average polish.

The formula of the polish is nice to work with; it applies evenly in thin layers and needs about three coats for full opacity. It dries quickly and lasts on the nails for a good few days with a good base and top coat.

Until this point, the polish had me impressed and very interested to try some other colors. What bothers me immensely, that even though I applied a two different base coats, my nails were extremely stained by this polish. 

I am writing this review a week after removing the polish and my nails are still extremely stained from the polish.  

I looked through some other reviews of the polishes form this line, and didn't find anyone who experiences a similar problem. I suppose that the staining problem is specific to this particular color. I'm quite sad because of that, because I really like the formula and color.

Besides the staining the polish is great, and if you would like to try some other colors, they might work better for you.
