Catrice collaborated with the designer Dawid Tomaszewski for their new collection and I fell in love with it the moment I saw it. The rose gold and geometric design on the packaging give the whole line a sophisticated yet trendy vibe and the shades seem perfect for autumn.

As I am writing this post, wrapped in a blanked while looking at the rain falling outside, I'm pretty sure that summer is coming to an end. To be completely honest, I'm quite excited for fall, the colder weather, colourful leaves and cosy evenings.

Formulated with SPF 25 and perfecting peony extract, they provide the lips with necessary care and protection and offer a bit of coloured tint. 

Too Faced · Sweet Peach Palette· Review and Swatches

The Sweet Peach eyeshadow palette by Too Faced had conquered the world. First available only as a fun limited edition, it quickly got so popular, that Too Faced decided not only to make it permanent, but to heavily focus on expanding the Peach line.

I don't know whether it is the sweet peach scent, amazing quality or cute packaging that makes people go crazy for it, but I fell in love with it and want to share my review with you.

·March Favourites· 2017

Spring has arrived and I am ecstatic to be writing this post in the sun, surrounded by pretty blossoms and happy bird chirps. Although I have recently posted my February favourites, I've discovered a few more in March. This month has gone by in a frenzy, a combination of puppy duties and (finally) finishing my Uni tasks, kept me on my feet and I've been trying to sort my life out a bit.

Review: L'Oreal Elseve Extraordinary Clay

If you struggle with greasy hair, you will know that it can be quite a challenge to find hair care that will cater to your needs. With a majority of products focused on dry and damaged hair, I struggle to find something that would work well with my hair. For that reason, I was excited to see that this collection was finally available in our drugstores.

A hair care regime that would help my greasy roots and at the same time keep in mind the dry ends of my hair seemed too good to be true and of course, I had to try it out.

They created two lovely scents, one for men and one for women, and packed them into gorgeous bottles designed by Kenzo. First Impressions: Catrice Spring/Summer 2017

One of my favourite and affordable drugstore brands is in the process of adding new spring/summer items to their collection and I had to try some out. Even though I usually don't really plan out my shopping trips, I got really organized this time and created a wish list before heading to the store.

After a (really) long time standing in front of their display, I came home with five of the new products and I was lucky enough to receive a PR package, containing additional products. Today I want to share some pictures, swatches and my first impressions with you, in case you are interested to get your hands on the new collection as well.

·January Favorites· 2017

It's time for the first favourites of the year. January was quite slow and home-oriented. I got a new puppy at the very end of the year, I’ve had my hands full, and days packed with puppy-related activities and tasks.

 During the first weeks, I did not even get a chance to sit down and do my makeup, barely even finding time for a shower and a face wash every day. It started getting a bit easier at the end of the month, but I still wore only minimal makeup and used only the basic products, which is well reflected in the products I reached for the most. 

Disappointing Products of Year 2016

For me it's always been hard to criticize different products I try. When I find products that don't work for me, I usually put them aside and never talk about them rather than saying something bad about them. But, it is time I started talking about the items that I don't like as well. I was inspired by Mateja's post about the products that didn't work out for her, so I went through my stash and picked out everything that did not impress me.
