Blogmas 9: Late Night Shopping Haul

At the end of November, my cousin suggested we go to the Late Night Shopping event that was happening in some of the malls in Slovenia. I must admit that at first, I didn't want to go because I was too tired, but now, I am incredibly happy that we went.

The experience itself was quite stressful (kind of like a small version of a Black Friday I imagine), huge amounts of people looking for bargains, awful traffic and bad weather, but oh my, the discounts were pretty amazing. 

We went to DM, where they had a 15% discount when you spent over 30€, and there I finally bought my beloved Maybelline Rocket Mascara. At the Essence stand I noticed this lovely green glitter polish and decided to get it as well.

We walked around and got some bits and pieces from random shops, but we hit the jackpot in SIX (jewelry store). They had a stand of discounted jewelry, that already had amazing deals on it, but then there was a sign saying that you can buy and 5 discounted pieces for 10€.

 When we realized that, we might have gone a little bit crazy! We both fell in love with the same necklace, so we got 3 of them, (you might recognize one in my Christmas giveaway!) and then added 7 pairs of earrings. 

I did some calculations, and if none of the items were on sale, we would have spent around 90€, instead of the 20€ that we paid. What an amazing deal, right?

I was really happy with the stuff that we got and I am really glad that we went, even thought we were exhausted when we got home. 

I think I might do this again next year.
